SAE J514 FLARELESS TUBE FITTINGS
Among Hy-Lok’s tube fitting solutions are the 37° flared fittings and flareless fittings for SAEJ514 and ISO8434 Part 2. Assembled to perform efficiently, even under severe vibrations, pressure bursts and thermal shocks, these fittings are built to stand the test of time and the demands fo the pneumatic and hydraulic industries. Main characteristics include:
- On tightening, the sleeve ensures tube alignment with fitting axis, reducing mechanical strain on tube and decreases vibrations.
- Fittings can be equally coupled to metric or inch-tubes
- Tube doesn’t undergo distortion, remains constant and minimizes fluid pressure losses
- System efficiency remains constant, even after several disassemblies and individual replacements of any component.
- Fittings are available in multiple materials including steel (standard), brass, aluminium, and carbon steel.
- All threads are shock protected with plastic caps or plugs
- All fittings requiring seals are supplied with O-Ring seals and washers.
